Spectators: 7350 (Terracing: 5365, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vergaray Mollinedo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerson Esqueda in the 18th minute of play forced Mendez FC's goalkeeper Lucas Vallino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jerson Esqueda in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Vallino saved Mendez FC from getting behind. Lucas Vallino came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CD Balbina's Jerson Esqueda. But to his dismay, Jerson Esqueda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jerson Esqueda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Mendez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vergaray Mollinedo came free, but Lucas Vallino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mendez FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CD Balbina were winning 0-1.

In the 55th minute Vergaray Mollinedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Vallino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. León Farell charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed León Farell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Mendez FC a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugenio Tejada, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CD Balbina's Xzavion Paradela. 1-1. 69 minutes into the match, CD Balbina's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Enebro came free, but Xzavion Paradela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgilio Carreras struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Xzavion Paradela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mendez FC. Coronel Nembro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Coronel Nembro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CD Balbina getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Coronel Nembro hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, De-la-Cruz Sarantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes Mendez FC got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Carreras. With a little luck, Mendez FC's Lucas Vallino got control of the ball when Jerson Esqueda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerson Esqueda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Lucas Vallino made a huge save. CD Balbina's Vergaray Mollinedo got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerson Esqueda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mendez FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CD Balbina's performance. The match ended with a win for CD Balbina.
