Celso Monjo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Leiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Xian Cerrabe took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marco Deza to make any attempt to save it. Crucitas's Marco Deza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Crucitas from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Crucitas getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Venceslas Venero hit a great ball. Marco Deza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xian Cerrabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Crucitas's Marco Deza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Crucitas from getting a goal against them. Marco Deza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gutierrez Cantolla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. A collision led to CAIW getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ignacio Varaona hit a great ball. Celso Monjo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Leiro in the 42nd minute of play. Crucitas's Marco Deza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xian Cerrabe in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, Crucitas's Marco Deza got control of the ball when Xian Buisante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Sixto Leiro made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in CAIW's zone, León Zumiza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Monjo came out of the goal and León Zumiza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute, Sixto Leiro made a precise shot to the right of Celso Monjo. CAIW's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Marco Deza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xian Buisante in the 67th minute of play. Crucitas's Marco Deza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Varaona in the 68th minute of play. If Sixto Leiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Monjo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Sixto Leiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute León Zumiza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Monjo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th match minute, CAIW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Nicolas Forteza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Camilo Pestaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crucitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Zabal Urdiales in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celso Monjo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marco Deza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Varaona in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
