With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Ezcurra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 20 minutes, Pablo Gorvea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Gorvea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. OBANDO S.C.'s Jacinto Ezcurra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Gorvea in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of OBANDO S.C. booed when EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Gorvea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, OBANDO S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zunbeltz Aneutes came free, but Jacinto Ezcurra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Ezcurra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. OBANDO S.C. were furious when Zarando Villate was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 45 played minutes OBANDO S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zarando Villate. After 46 played minutes, EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO's Urtats Castañiza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacinto Ezcurra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO reached it. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Paio to strike the kick off in the second half. Zunbeltz Aneutes didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 55th minute. EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 84th minute, Zadornin Erauso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL HERALDO DEL INFIERNO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Zunbeltz Aneutes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pablo Gorvea spun around in front of the goal 87 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of OBANDO S.C.'s goal. The throw-in from Vincent Celaya in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by OBANDO S.C.'s Martin Paio. In the 91st minute of the game Vincent Celaya made a throw-in which Juan Erce played forward. Zadornin Erauso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacinto Ezcurra came out and tried to block the shot, but Zadornin Erauso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 96th minute.
