In the 36th minute Alexander Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Boede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Hacha SC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bautista came free, but Nils Boede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Xavier hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Elias Xavier's late challenge caught a Hacha SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Elias Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Cacagual's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Plata came free, but Emilio Gregorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Boede made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Leonardo Iban sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Iban in the 62nd minute of play forced Hacha SC's goalkeeper Nils Boede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Bautista struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Nils Boede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacagual. In the 67th minute, Segundo Lasquibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Gregorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xorxe Caballeiro in the 71st minute of play. When Samuel Montecino fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cacagual's protests and gave Samuel Montecino a yellow card for diving instead. Emilio Gregorio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Plata's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Gonzalo Plata scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Gregorio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Hacha SC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Xorxe Caballeiro hit a great ball. Leonardo Iban struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Nils Boede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacagual. Emilio Gregorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Plata in the 92nd minute of the match. Cacagual's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
