Severo Porfiro made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Ximen Trevino sent off a good shot on target. Metro80 FC's Aguirre Grande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samaniego Munaya in the 10th minute of play. In the 15thth minute of the game James Leonor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Metro80 FC's Aguirre Grande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diego Portal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aguirre Grande having to interfere. Metro80 FC's Aguirre Grande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Portal in the 18th minute of play. Ximen Trevino took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Porfiro. Severo Porfiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Samaniego Munaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, one of Jaramijo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jaramijo. A collision led to Jaramijo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Samaniego Munaya hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Jaramijo's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Poso came free, but Severo Porfiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Hinojos hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Felix Mogrovejo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severo Porfiro. Jaramijo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Samaniego Munaya fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaramijo's protests and gave Samaniego Munaya a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Metro80 FC booed when Jaramijo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samaniego Munaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49th minute, Felix Mogrovejo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Jaramijo's Severo Porfiro didn't even have to move.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ximen Trevino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aguirre Grande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Bouceda in the 54th minute of play. Matias Bouceda succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 54th playminute. Samaniego Munaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samaniego Munaya struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Aguirre Grande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaramijo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ximen Trevino in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Porfiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Ximen Trevino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Metro80 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Bouceda during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Christian Alvarado's late challenge caught a Jaramijo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Alvarado helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Metro80 FC's Christian Alvarado got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 83rd match minute, Metro80 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vermudo Mendigoitia to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Segundo Poso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Metro80 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Zeledon Chumacero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metro80 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Chumacero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Porfiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zeledon Chumacero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Metro80 FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jaramijo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
