The audience was convinced that Mauro Albiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zabal Espinoso was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Equidad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Mateusz Zaworski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Changaimina's Salvador Revillas got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Sayago hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Wilmer Maide came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Changaimina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilmer Maide couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Equidad's goal looked a bit too open when Wilmer Maide came free, but Mateusz Zaworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Peter Somonte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Changaimina's goalkeeper Zabal Espinoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Albiz. After 34 minutes of play, Changaimina's Wilmer Maide made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateusz Zaworski was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Mauro Albiz came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Equidad fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 38 minutes, Peter Somonte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Equidad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Somonte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zabal Espinoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Somonte, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Somonte was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Equidad's Mauro Albiz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zabal Espinoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Salvador Revillas fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Changaimina's protests and gave Salvador Revillas a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Changaimina got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Tehas. Mauro Albiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Albiz in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zabal Espinoso saved Changaimina from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Albiz in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zabal Espinoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blanco Vada kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Agah Usta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zabal Espinoso. Changaimina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 70th minute, Arkadiusz Gniech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Equidad's zone, Wilmer Maide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Zaworski came out of the goal and Wilmer Maide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Changaimina's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Somonte came free, but Zabal Espinoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Equidad's Mateusz Zaworski got control of the ball when Blanco Vada tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Wilmer Maide notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Equidad's Mateusz Zaworski. Mateusz Zaworski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Pangusion got free with Mateusz Zaworski in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Blanco Vada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
