Elar Quero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leandro Vara went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Norberto Caseda didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Stardust FC's Ledesma Mobilla shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 23 minutes into the match, Tomas Arona notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Andoas SC's Norberto Caseda. Norberto Caseda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Stardust FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elar Quero should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ledesma Mobilla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Leandro Vara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Figueroa Ceron's late challenge caught a Andoas SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Figueroa Ceron helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Stardust FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Figueroa Ceron to maneuver through the defense. Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepe Jamilio in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute Pepe Jamilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elar Quero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Jamilio in the 95th minute of play forced Stardust FC's goalkeeper Elar Quero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
