Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramón Castells started the match with the kick off. Xaven Lortia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Gasca in the 6th minute of the match. German Gasca's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Xaven Lortia firmly grabbed it by the left post. Felipe Torroba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramón Castells recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. German Gasca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Real Poll Vazo FC booed when S.D Quito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyrone Pineros didn't get a good kick on the ball. German Gasca who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Xaven Lortia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valentim Lazo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Xaven Lortia came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Poll Vazo FC's German Gasca. But to his dismay, German Gasca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Real Poll Vazo FC's zone, Felipe Torroba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Kiszkiel came out of the goal and Felipe Torroba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Victorio Carro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Real Poll Vazo FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Real Poll Vazo FC's German Gasca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute, Enrique Cean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When German Gasca came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Real Poll Vazo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Gasca couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell German Gasca to make the kick off. Wawrzyniec Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Castells, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, German Gasca made a precise shot to the right of Xaven Lortia. S.D Quito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Xaven Lortia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Gasca in the 60th minute of play. S.D Quito's Tyrone Pineros suffered a concussion after 62 minutes and had to leave the field. James Guillemez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Real Poll Vazo FC's German Gasca got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, German Gasca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Poll Vazo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Gasca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that German Gasca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xaven Lortia was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Xaven Lortia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paz Olañeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Cismado hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Gasca in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xaven Lortia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the game, Lucas Rebollar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Poll Vazo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.D Quito the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Lucas Rebollar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Divaichin hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Gasca in the 97th minute of play forced S.D Quito's goalkeeper Xaven Lortia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Poll Vazo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
