Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentine Corias in the 9th minute of play forced RACING CLUB's goalkeeper Ambrosio Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambrosio Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Larrategui in the 11th minute of the match. Hincha Pelotas FC's Ismael Larrategui got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Frigo in the 19th minute of play forced Hincha Pelotas FC's goalkeeper Hendrik van Eijnde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Valentine Corias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ambrosio Tancredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Solorzano notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hincha Pelotas FC's Hendrik van Eijnde. Hendrik van Eijnde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ambrosio Tancredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentine Corias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 played minutes Hincha Pelotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentine Corias. After having played for 36 minutes, Eustaquio Solorzano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RACING CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Solorzano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustaquio Solorzano didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 40th minute. RACING CLUB's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! A collision led to Hincha Pelotas FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Xayvion Puelles hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Solorzano made a kick off. Valentine Corias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Tancredo having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match Lautaro Frigo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hendrik van Eijnde showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Hincha Pelotas FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ismael Larrategui hit a great ball. Hendrik van Eijnde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Solorzano in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ismael Larrategui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ambrosio Tancredo was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Valentine Corias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ambrosio Tancredo made a huge save. Hendrik van Eijnde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Pero went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ismael Larrategui took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Ambrosio Tancredo to make any attempt to save it. Valentine Corias hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Lautaro Frigo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Hendrik van Eijnde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the RACING CLUB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
