Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vincente Cabanela kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Santiago Sedeño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sal Rom F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Sedeño in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Mascareñas saved Barcelona Sporting Club from getting behind. After 17 played minutes Sal Rom F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mane Morentin. 18 minutes into the match, Barcelona Sporting Club's Xavierlada Neila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Monge Lima narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Santiago Sedeño came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sal Rom F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Sedeño couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona Sporting Club's zone, Santiago Sedeño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efrain Mascareñas came out of the goal and Santiago Sedeño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Monge Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincente Cabanela in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Sal Rom F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vincente Cabanela came free, but Monge Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Santiago Sedeño put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Efrain Mascareñas. The supporters of Sal Rom F.C. booed when Barcelona Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villegas Sevane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Sedeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Mascareñas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santiago Sedeño ran back to his position shaking his head. If Xantalen Peinado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Sal Rom F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vincente Cabanela came free, but Monge Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincente Cabanela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vincente Cabanela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Sedeño to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Santiago Sedeño reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Efrain Mascareñas. The goal made the score 0-5. Rey Parga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Efrain Mascareñas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Efrain Mascareñas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Santiago Sedeño in the 63rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Olasagasti in the 67th minute of play forced Sal Rom F.C.'s goalkeeper Monge Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Sedeño in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Mascareñas saved Barcelona Sporting Club from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Santiago Sedeño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Santiago Sedeño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sal Rom F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Sedeño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efrain Mascareñas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Santiago Sedeño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Mascareñas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Mascareñas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Sedeño in the 90th minute of play. Efrain Mascareñas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xantalen Peinado in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Sal Rom F.C.'s Xurdin Rendon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Efrain Mascareñas. Efrain Mascareñas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Sal Rom F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Barcelona Sporting Club.
