Evolucion's Teofilo Lordi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save C. D. Evolucion from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Froiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hendrik van Eijnde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Froiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Alvaro Froiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. D. Evolucion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ismael Larrategui's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Teofilo Lordi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ismael Larrategui in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Larrategui was the one to do the kick off. Hendrik van Eijnde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Froiz in the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, C. D. Evolucion's Juan-Carlos Rosal got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute Alvaro Froiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik van Eijnde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evolucion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Froiz couldn't finish the play. Evolucion's Teofilo Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentine Corias in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C. D. Evolucion's Bustos Alceda got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Hincha Pelotas FC's Alvarez Pierredonda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hincha Pelotas FC's Hendrik van Eijnde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Hincha Pelotas FC from getting a goal against them.
