Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eustaquio Solorzano got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Eustaquio Solorzano made a precise shot to the right of Radomil Kosmatka. Cuchudel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Lautaro Frigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fleitas Morales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ambrosio Tancredo made a huge save. Mauricio Cebada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute, Eustaquio Solorzano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radomil Kosmatka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 43 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Solorzano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radomil Kosmatka. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diaz Pinos was the one to do the kick off. Cuchudel's Diaz Pinos got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diaz Pinos in the 54th minute of play forced RACING CLUB's goalkeeper Ambrosio Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Obaya hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cuchudel's zone, Lautaro Frigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomil Kosmatka came out of the goal and Lautaro Frigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ambrosio Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diaz Pinos in the 61st minute of play. Radomil Kosmatka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alin Dima went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Lautaro Frigo might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radomil Kosmatka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Frigo ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustaquio Solorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Cuchudel's Radomil Kosmatka got control of the ball when Eustaquio Solorzano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Lautaro Frigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radomil Kosmatka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. RACING CLUB's Ambrosio Tancredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Cebada in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Lautaro Frigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuchudel's Radomil Kosmatka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Mauricio Cebada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. RACING CLUB played a much better game than Cuchudel and deserved their victory. The Cuchudel players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
