Spectators: 8392 (Terracing: 6296, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) Xurde Cecilia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Patricio Roches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Trigueros went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Camilo Ugartondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Emanuel Oyaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Alvaro Rubial hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Cecilia in the 22nd minute of play forced Cango's goalkeeper Patricio Roches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Moncada charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Moncada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Reynaldo Moncada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cango's Patricio Roches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Miquelarena in the 27th minute of play. Inter de Red Reign's Emanuel Oyaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Orengo in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Cango booed when Inter de Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Sobrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st match minute, Cango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Carabajo to maneuver through the defense. Loco Miquelarena struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Patricio Roches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Red Reign. After some careless play in the Cango defense, Xurde Cecilia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Roches. The Cango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Roches should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Xurde Cecilia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Roches was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Xoan Cardeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ubaldo Pola was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Javier Orengo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Inter de Red Reign's Xurde Cecilia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patricio Roches. Patricio Roches yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Patricio Roches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xurde Cecilia in the 54th minute of play. Inter de Red Reign's Emanuel Oyaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ugartondo in the 61st minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Inter de Red Reign's Xurde Cecilia made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Roches was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ubaldo Pola made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Raimundo Toraño. When Freddy Carabajo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cango's protests and gave Freddy Carabajo a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Cango got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Carabajo. With his leg Patricio Roches managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Inter de Red Reign's Xurde Cecilia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 77 minutes, Marcelo Trigueros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Red Reign's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Trigueros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cango getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Reynaldo Moncada hit a great ball. With a little luck, Cango's Patricio Roches got control of the ball when Xurde Cecilia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xoan Cardeiro lost his temper 85 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 85th minute, one of Inter de Red Reign:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Inter de Red Reign. In the 89th minute, Alvaro Rubial made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Oyaga. Inter de Red Reign's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Patricio Roches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurde Cecilia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Marcelo Trigueros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter de Red Reign's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Trigueros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patricio Roches breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
