After 6 played minutes Barcelona Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Vinegra. 10 minutes into the game, one of GiudeCCa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Carlos-Alberto Loayza scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteban Dreer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esteban Dreer came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by GiudeCCa's Carlos-Alberto Loayza. But to his dismay, Carlos-Alberto Loayza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. GiudeCCa's Tyron Mifsud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alper İpekçi in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind GiudeCCa's goalkeeper Tyron Mifsud, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tyron Mifsud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Catalusci in the 30th minute. In the 37th minute, Alper İpekçi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Barcelona Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Casado Calvo came free, but Esteban Dreer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes Barcelona Sporting Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorino Landa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Victorino Landa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Esteban Dreer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd match minute, Barcelona Sporting Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valencia Benegas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos-Alberto Loayza in the 46th minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Esteban Dreer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After having played for 51 minutes, Carlos-Alberto Loayza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GiudeCCa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos-Alberto Loayza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of GiudeCCa booed when Barcelona Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Vinegra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carlos-Alberto Loayza came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the GiudeCCa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos-Alberto Loayza couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Esteban Dreer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos-Alberto Loayza. Esteban Dreer came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by GiudeCCa's Casado Calvo. But to his dismay, Casado Calvo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Esteban Dreer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casado Calvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Esteban Dreer managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when GiudeCCa's Carlos-Alberto Loayza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. GiudeCCa's supporters rose to their feet, but Casado Calvo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Dreer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Barcelona Sporting Club's Roberto Mendivil got a free kick in the 90th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Esteban Dreer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 92nd minute, Castillo Morais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GiudeCCa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
