Cagua Seoane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neycho Sergiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Spencer in the 14th minute of play forced FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's goalkeeper Botello Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RockCity F.C.'s Alberto Spencer managed to work through FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Alberto Spencer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Botello Pinto was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Spencer to make the kick off. RockCity F.C.'s Cagua Seoane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhuo Cheng Jian in the 51st minute of play. After 55 played minutes RockCity F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Bozo. Cristobal Bozo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Manolo Trielles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alberto Spencer came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the RockCity F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Spencer couldn't finish the play. Fabian Reborio kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Başar Ümran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Başar Ümran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Simon Caicedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's goalkeeper Botello Pinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Spencer. After having played for 77 minutes, Alberto Spencer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RockCity F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Spencer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
