Sebastian Hellkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Moran's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Macías in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Hellkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicolas Diniz made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Inter de Guayaquil FC's Xavier Zanetti. In the 95th match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graziani Moranto to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Azul Y Plomo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Inter de Guayaquil FC.
