The supporters of Dormund booed when Puinaru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Mayoral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Mayoral during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricardo Mayoral hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Dormund's Rodrigo Presedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Euloxu Ariztegui in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Dormund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ixona Calleja to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes Puinaru FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaur Cardillo. In the 25th minute Kaxen Quexada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laffitte Olavarria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaxen Quexada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 28 played minutes Puinaru FC got a freekick which was hit by Rico Perlacia. Raymond Peinado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Laffitte Olavarria was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Javier Espinola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Matteo Cabañas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Presedo. Dormund's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kaxen Quexada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Laffitte Olavarria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 53rd minute of the match, Euloxu Ariztegui got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rodrigo Presedo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Raymond Peinado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dormund's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymond Peinado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laffitte Olavarria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laffitte Olavarria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymond Peinado in the 88th minute of the match. Javier Espinola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Puinaru FC's zone, Raymond Peinado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laffitte Olavarria came out of the goal and Raymond Peinado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dormund were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
