But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barros Valdemoro couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Covadonga defense, Barros Valdemoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emenon Gacel. The Covadonga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emenon Gacel should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Nardo Alvaredo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emenon Gacel. The goal made the score 3-0. Birila Bautista struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Emenon Gacel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bucarasica FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birila Bautista got free with Emenon Gacel in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Rocandia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Barros Valdemoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Birila Bautista kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emenon Gacel. That made the score 4-0 in the 46 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Birila Bautista made the kick off in the second half. Barros Valdemoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emenon Gacel having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Bucarasica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Incera to maneuver through the defense. Xan Idigoras hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute of the match Blanco Sobre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andres Salmanton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duarte Santiso in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Salmanton saved Bucarasica FC from getting behind. Andres Salmanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eufemio Rocha in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Mero Costeras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Covadonga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bucarasica FC the free kick. In the 84th minute, Mero Costeras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Covadonga getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Mero Costeras hit a great ball. When Bucarasica FC's Barros Valdemoro in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Covadonga's goalie prevented a goal. Birila Bautista might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emenon Gacel. Birila Bautista ran back to his position shaking his head. 99 minutes into the match, Covadonga's goal looked a bit too open when Laurendi Bue came free, but Emenon Gacel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bucarasica FC fully deserved thier win.
