In the 16th minute Jeronimo Apellaniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romildo Barrasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Apellaniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Romildo Barrasa made a huge save. If Lano Estebanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Gostioz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Severino Gostioz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lano Estebaness short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Evangelista Pons to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lano Estebanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Evangelista Pons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
