When Paulo Iturriz came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Avimi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Iturriz couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the game, Avimi FC's Paulo Iturriz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Montay Tosantos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Gelmiro Bullon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Montay Tosantos was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Paulo Iturriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montay Tosantos having to interfere. If Gelmiro Bullon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Iturriz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Montay Tosantos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Bitxintxo Piedrahita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gelmiro Bullon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Iturriz in the 44th minute of play forced Furata Fc's goalkeeper Montay Tosantos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gelmiro Bullon to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ado Mandojana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Furata Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ado Mandojana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Goyo Dacorrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Paulo Iturriz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Avimi FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avimi FC's goalkeeper Goyo Dacorrega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Paulo Iturriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Iturriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Montay Tosantos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gelmiro Bullon kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Furata Fc's zone, Gelmiro Bullon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Montay Tosantos came out of the goal and Gelmiro Bullon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Iturriz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 75th match minute, Furata Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarrell Guais to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Iturriz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Montay Tosantos made a huge save. Paulo Iturriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Iturriz in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Montay Tosantos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Gelmiro Bullon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Avimi FC's Gelmiro Bullon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Montay Tosantos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Incendio Peñacastillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Avimi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Furata Fc.
