Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valentim Ameyugo took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentim Ameyugo in the 3rd minute of play forced Saraina FC's goalkeeper Oxarra Barbot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Bruno Sobrefuentes managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Saraina FC's Omero Algorta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Adrio Parraga kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Zaragaza's Peruxu Ugarte made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oxarra Barbot was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, Omero Algorta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bruno Sobrefuentes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th play minute Omero Algorta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bruno Sobrefuentes. 2-1. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Peruxu Ugarte put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Oxarra Barbot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quico Caroso was the one to do the kick off. When Valentim Ameyugo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Zaragaza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentim Ameyugo couldn't finish the play. When Teodoro Pastor fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zaragaza's protests and gave Teodoro Pastor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zaragaza getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Teodoro Pastor hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match Christiano Mallo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Sobrefuentes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Peruxu Ugarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Valentim Ameyugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentim Ameyugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Zaragaza's Valentim Ameyugo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oxarra Barbot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 minutes, Mariano Brañas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saraina FC and the Zaragaza players grew even worse after the yellow card. 66 minutes into the game, Valentim Ameyugo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oxarra Barbot. Valentim Ameyugo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. If Omero Algorta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Sobrefuentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omero Algorta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th match minute, Zaragaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Pastor to maneuver through the defense. Oxarra Barbot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentim Ameyugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Zaragaza booed when Saraina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximenez Baez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oxarra Barbot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentim Ameyugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oxarra Barbot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentim Ameyugo in the 92nd minute of play. Peruxu Ugarte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Oxarra Barbot when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Saraina FC's Mosen Pillado got a free kick in the 97th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentim Ameyugo in the 100th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oxarra Barbot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zaragaza's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
