Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Berrio's Cleto Lozada started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Maquina del Mal's Maule Caldevilla got control of the ball when Montay Arruga tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Maule Caldevilla managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Berrio's Montay Arruga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cleto Lozada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Maule Caldevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maule Caldevilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Lozada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duardo Hergueta kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Cleto Lozada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maule Caldevilla having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlos Mazas in the 29th minute of play forced Berrio's goalkeeper Medero Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montay Arruga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maule Caldevilla having to interfere. Medero Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karlos Mazas went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute Cleto Lozada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maule Caldevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karlos Mazas to make the kick off. Berrio's Domenec Aranzazu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montay Arruga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Maule Caldevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orzaize Callon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maquina del Mal were furious when Llorenc Borges was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 56th minute, one of Maquina del Mal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maquina del Mal. Belmiro Albiz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Cleto Lozada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Maule Caldevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Cleto Lozada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maule Caldevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Montay Arruga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cleto Lozada came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Berrio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Lozada couldn't finish the play. Cleto Lozada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maule Caldevilla having to interfere. When Handi Zazo fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berrio's protests and gave Handi Zazo a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Maquina del Mal's Duardo Hergueta got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Medero Quadros. Cleto Lozada struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Maule Caldevilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berrio. When the final whistle went the supporters of Maquina del Mal were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Berrio side.
