The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Helder Ruano in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Goi Selgas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. NACTIC FC's Goi Selgas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helder Ruano in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Montay Baptista in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Goi Selgas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Helder Ruano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Goi Selgas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ramiro Alarid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txeru Pueyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, NACTIC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Montay Baptista came free, but Goi Selgas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the NACTIC FC defense, Helder Ruano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Goi Selgas. The NACTIC FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Goi Selgas should have stopped the shot. If Montay Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, NACTIC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Montay Baptista came free, but Goi Selgas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helder Ruano was the one to do the kick off. Montay Baptista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Goi Selgas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Montay Baptista notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of NACTIC FC's Goi Selgas. Goi Selgas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in NACTIC FC's zone, Montay Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Goi Selgas came out of the goal and Montay Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paloma FC's Montay Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 minutes, Rencio Viñe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paloma FC and the NACTIC FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Goi Selgas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Montay Baptista in the 71st minute. If Montay Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Montay Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Paloma FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Montay Baptista couldn't finish the play. Montay Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goi Selgas having to interfere. Paloma FC played a much better game than NACTIC FC and deserved their victory. The NACTIC FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
