An unexpectedly hard shot by Lonzo Arechavala in the 3rd minute of play forced Rudiban's goalkeeper Honorato Borrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Metropolis FC booed when Rudiban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batista Dragranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Leheren Ruich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rudiban's supporters rose to their feet, but Leheren Ruich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perez Santoval breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Perez Santoval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leheren Ruich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lonzo Arechavala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacob Cordal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Perez Santoval made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Metropolis FC's Fernado Paratorrecilla got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jacob Cordal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Perez Santoval having to make a save. If Leheren Ruich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perez Santoval showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leheren Ruich, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Leheren Ruich recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Perez Santoval. Leheren Ruich showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Lonzo Arechavala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Honorato Borrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Rudiban was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batista Dragranda to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Metropolis FC's Eugenio Campano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milian Bodega was the one to do the kick off. After 62 minutes of play, Metropolis FC's Lonzo Arechavala made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorato Borrero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leheren Ruich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacob Cordal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perez Santoval having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leheren Ruich in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perez Santoval saved Metropolis FC from getting behind. Jacob Cordal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rudiban getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Batista Dragranda hit a great ball. Honorato Borrero was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Milian Bodega capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Milian Bodega really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. 86 minutes into the match, Metropolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leheren Ruich came free, but Perez Santoval reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jacob Cordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Cordal in the 96th minute of play forced Metropolis FC's goalkeeper Perez Santoval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudiban were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Metropolis FC to leave the ground with a draw.
