Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Metropolis FC's Milian Bodega started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Perez Santoval showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilllermo Gibaja in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Bazkoare Pinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perez Santoval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lonzo Arechavala got free with Alejandro Balanza in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th match minute, PAPUS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekain Esterina to maneuver through the defense. If Lonzo Arechavala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PAPUS FC's Alejandro Balanza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milian Bodega in the 17th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Metropolis FC got a freekick which was hit by Dino Maldonado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bazkoare Pinos in the 26th minute of play forced Metropolis FC's goalkeeper Perez Santoval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Bazkoare Pinos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PAPUS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Perez Santoval showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perrando Valben, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bazkoare Pinos in the 43rd minute of play forced Metropolis FC's goalkeeper Perez Santoval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Morquera kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When PAPUS FC's Bazkoare Pinos in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Milian Bodega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Balanza having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Metropolis FC's goalkeeper Perez Santoval had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perrando Valben. The crowd rose to their feet as Bazkoare Pinos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Perez Santoval. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. Perrando Valben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perez Santoval having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Bazkoare Pinos made a precise shot to the right of Perez Santoval. Metropolis FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Bazkoare Pinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perrando Valben struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Perez Santoval didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PAPUS FC. In the 76th minute, Ekain Esterina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Milian Bodega made a precise shot to the right of Alejandro Balanza. PAPUS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. If Bazkoare Pinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PAPUS FC's Bazkoare Pinos got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Metropolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bazkoare Pinos came free, but Perez Santoval reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bazkoare Pinos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bazkoare Pinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Perez Santoval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded PAPUS FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Metropolis FC.
