Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Generosb Melic got the match started through his kick off. 9 minutes into the game, one of Islas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Anazco FC's Ilazki Lucero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jacinto Quiroga. After a defensive mix-up in Islas's zone, Tancredo Aleja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Quiroga came out of the goal and Tancredo Aleja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gervasio Frontera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Quiroga. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Argider Ayuso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Eladio Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Traus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Quiroga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Frontera's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Ivon Chico hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With his leg Jacinto Quiroga managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Anazco FC's Argider Ayuso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 35 played minutes Islas got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Gandarillas. Gervasio Frontera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Quiroga having to interfere. Jacinto Quiroga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Argider Ayuso in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Frontera was the one to do the kick off. Gervasio Frontera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Quiroga having to interfere. Argider Ayuso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Quiroga having to make a save. Jacinto Quiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argider Ayuso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Islas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Min Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 68 minutes, Generosb Melic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Islas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generosb Melic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Anazco FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Islas a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bidun Espino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Anazco FC's Aaron Traus. 2-1. Aaron Traus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generosb Melic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gervasio Frontera came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Anazco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Frontera couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Frontera in the 81st minute of the match. After 90 minutes, Jaunti Guion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anazco FC and the Islas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaunti Guion hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Eladio Portugal sped through Anazco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aaron Traus. Gervasio Frontera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Quiroga having to make a save. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
