Real's Iparragirre Rubiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Lassa in the 11th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Ekaitz Astulez put in a rough tackle. Ekaitz Astulez kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Orlo Olabarrieta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iparragirre Rubiero skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Ildefonso Lassa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cauchitos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Lassa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cauchitos's zone, Ezequiel Dalaje stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Saracho came out of the goal and Ezequiel Dalaje tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnalt Tijero took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iparragirre Rubiero. Iparragirre Rubiero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 28 minutes into the game, Horado Fonte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cauchitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real the free kick. In the 28th minute, Horado Fonte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes Real got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Adrian. After 35 minutes, Horado Fonte made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Real's Iparragirre Rubiero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tolino Trillanes hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Serapio Arostegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Iparragirre Rubiero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Cauchitos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Serapio Arostegui got free with Iparragirre Rubiero in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Serapio Arostegui scored to the left of an out of position Iparragirre Rubiero, making the score, 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cauchitos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
