Napier Sopeña hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Junior FC's goalkeeper Matei Lodero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leheren Gasco. In the 23rd minute, Loreto Lazo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iparragirre Rubiero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Iruinea Hoyos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Lodero having to interfere. After some careless play in the Real defense, Piorno Uralde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iparragirre Rubiero. The Real fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iparragirre Rubiero should have stopped the shot. In the 40th match minute, Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haritzeder Cerra to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Real's goal looked a bit too open when Piorno Uralde came free, but Iparragirre Rubiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute, Napier Sopeña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Piorno Uralde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iparragirre Rubiero. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 57th minute Haritzeder Cerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iparragirre Rubiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Junior FC's Piorno Uralde dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Piorno Uralde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Iparragirre Rubiero made a huge save. Iparragirre Rubiero was a little too slow when Loreto Lazo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-5. 75 minutes into the match, Real's goal looked a bit too open when Haritzeder Cerra came free, but Iparragirre Rubiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matei Lodero came out of the goal and Ezequiel Dalaje tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piorno Uralde got free with Iparragirre Rubiero in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the game, Panfilo Abancens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Junior FC the free kick. Panfilo Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Junior FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
