When Matthias Van Linthaudt came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Jaraquin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Van Linthaudt couldn't finish the play. Junior FC's Matei Lodero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürel Saykut in the 15th minute of play. When Piorno Uralde came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Junior FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piorno Uralde couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Junior FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gürel Saykut came free, but Matei Lodero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafal Wolczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Matei Lodero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Jaraquin's Gürel Saykut nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When Matthias Van Linthaudt fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaraquin's protests and gave Matthias Van Linthaudt a yellow card for diving instead. Matthias Van Linthaudt hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match Felix Balado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardo Perdigão skillfully saved the ball. Piorno Uralde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Perdigão having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Piorno Uralde to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Perdigão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piorno Uralde in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Junior FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eriberto Vaquerizo hit a great ball. Jaraquin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matthias Van Linthaudt in the 61st minute. In the 73rd minute, Jaraquin's Rafal Wolczewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matei Lodero. Matei Lodero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Gürel Saykuts short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Matei Lodero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st match minute, Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Jauregui to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Gürel Saykut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Lodero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaraquin's Bernardo Perdigão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piorno Uralde in the 89th minute of play. Rafal Wolczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Jaraquin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Junior FC throughout the match.
