Matei Lodero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvidor Navarrete in the 28th minute of play. Salvidor Navarrete scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matei Lodero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francesco Codony fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Lodero having to interfere. Matei Lodero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvidor Navarrete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, Junior FC's Piorno Uralde made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Sudupe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute Imanol Terres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Lodero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Sudupe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loreto Lazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. CA Barrancabermeja's Denis Sudupe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loreto Lazo in the 61st minute of play. Matei Lodero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Imanol Terres in the 67th minute of the match. CA Barrancabermeja's Denis Sudupe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piorno Uralde in the 68th minute of play. Matei Lodero made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Salvidor Navarrete sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Junior FC's goal looked a bit too open when Imanol Terres came free, but Matei Lodero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, CA Barrancabermeja's Rigoberto Santillion dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Hermelando Liebana charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermelando Liebana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice moves Salvidor Navarrete could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Matei Lodero however easily saved by the left post.
