Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chap Taladriz to make the kick off. Potreritos's Pedro Perdiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beltxe Diana in the 53rd minute of play. Motilonia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Chap Taladriz scored to the left of an out of position Severiano Cambas, making the score, 0-1. Jaen Cortada charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaen Cortada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Potreritos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savion Orbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Xose Beamud dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severiano Cambas, 0-3. Savion Orbea took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severiano Cambas. Severiano Cambas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The supporters of Motilonia booed when Potreritos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Beltranilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Potreritos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
