In the 14th minute, Adrián Davalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Leidy Martin Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Firme Uriszar came free, but Aresti Fandoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leidy Martin Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oinatz Palmades was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Seguinus Gainzarain made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when 于珂平 sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbes Cossio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Unión Bogotá F.C.'s Frank Fabra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Aresti Fandoz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Fabra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 56 minute of play. If Frank Fabra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. Oinatz Palmades received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aresti Fandoz came out and tried to block the shot, but Oinatz Palmades slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oinatz Palmades got free with Aresti Fandoz in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Rudolfo Liendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute of the match, Bonifaco Losua got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aresti Fandoz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Frank Fabra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Aresti Fandoz made a huge save. After 92 played minutes Leidy Martin Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Davalos. Seguinus Gainzarain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 于珂平 in the 95th minute of the match. Firme Uriszar's late challenge caught a Leidy Martin Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Firme Uriszar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Firme Uriszar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Unión Bogotá F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
