Spectators: 9206 (Terracing: 6906, Seating: 2117, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But to his dismay, Xande Cavani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Camilo Cienfuegos FC's 변 안 got a free kick in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xande Cavani in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavin Baxter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavin Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xande Cavani in the 20th minute of the match. Oriche Isazi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Gavin Baxter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rdth minute of the game Xande Cavani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Camilo Cienfuegos FC's Gavin Baxter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Camilo Cienfuegos FC defense, Xande Cavani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavin Baxter. The Camilo Cienfuegos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavin Baxter should have stopped the shot. Gavin Baxter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xande Cavani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xande Cavani was the one to do the kick off. Gavin Baxter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xande Cavani in the 52nd minute. Oriche Isazi scored 0-5 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavin Baxter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 59 played minutes Camilo Cienfuegos FC got a freekick which was hit by 변 안. Gavin Baxter made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Xande Cavani sent off a good shot on target. Gavin Baxter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xande Cavani, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Camilo Cienfuegos FC made a substitution. Dani Nevares replaced Josue Peña. Xande Cavani received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gavin Baxter came out and tried to block the shot, but Xande Cavani slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 88th minute. 변 안 got a throw-in 92 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gonzales Ciencabrero. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Xande Cavani got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VERDOLAGA CITY FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
