With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaizki Cabarcos in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Almeida saved Corderito FC from getting behind. Paracua FC's Frutos Tarano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Mañueco in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Camerino Engraba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frutos Tarano was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Camerino Engraba might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frutos Tarano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
