Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) Apamatico's Oalo Herreros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oalo Herreros in the 4th minute of play forced Anselmito FC's goalkeeper Lucila Largacha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Americo Olazarra during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Americo Olazarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zenaido Dragranda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lucila Largacha. Anselmito FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Apamatico booed when Anselmito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Olazarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Anaya Fabelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Apamatico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 12th match minute, Anselmito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matxin Garces to maneuver through the defense. Oalo Herreros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lucila Largacha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucila Largacha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anaya Fabelo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Joaquim Ibarzabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baudelio Cardigondi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferrer Garaizar went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute, Ferrer Garaizar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Baudelio Cardigondi, passed just outside the right post. Matia Cerro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Baudelio Cardigondi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Apamatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Alcedo to maneuver through the defense. Oalo Herreros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucila Largacha having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Apamatico's zone, Matia Cerro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baudelio Cardigondi came out of the goal and Matia Cerro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Anaya Fabelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apamatico's supporters rose to their feet, but Anaya Fabelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucila Largacha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 39 played minutes Anselmito FC got a freekick which was hit by Matxin Garces. If Matia Cerro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ferrer Garaizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Baudelio Cardigondi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Manriquez kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Oalo Herreros struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Lucila Largacha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apamatico. Lucila Largacha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oalo Herreros went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matia Cerro in the 73rd minute of play forced Apamatico's goalkeeper Baudelio Cardigondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matia Cerro scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baudelio Cardigondi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 79 played minutes, Anselmito FC's Argi Ubilla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baudelio Cardigondi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anselmito FC reached it. Oalo Herreros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Apamatico's Oalo Herreros in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anselmito FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 97 minutes of play, Apamatico's Anaya Fabelo made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucila Largacha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Apamatico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Apamatico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
