Aragua Central's Palos Trabeso got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Palos Trabeso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Quico Busta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quico Busta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasto Bernabeytia in the 8th minute of the match. Palos Trabeso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quico Busta having to interfere. Palos Trabeso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quico Busta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguez Inestrosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Erasto Bernabeytia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quico Busta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brun Aliprando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gaizkine Ibarlucea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Aragua Central's goal looked a bit too open when Xencio Mosquera came free, but Gaizkine Ibarlucea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosalio Monzon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 38th playminute. Aragua Central's Gaizkine Ibarlucea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brun Aliprando in the 46th minute of play. Rosalio Monzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A collision led to Aragua Central getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rodriguez Inestrosa hit a great ball. If Brun Aliprando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uhin Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaizkine Ibarlucea having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Brun Aliprando notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Aragua Central's Gaizkine Ibarlucea. Gaizkine Ibarlucea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 65 minutes, Frasquito Virues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aragua Central and the Iboa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Aragua Central getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Frasquito Virues hit a great ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Brun Aliprando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iboa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brun Aliprando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xencio Mosquera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaizkine Ibarlucea having to interfere. With a little luck, Iboa FC's Quico Busta got control of the ball when Erasto Bernabeytia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th match minute, Aragua Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meder Perojo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Brun Aliprando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaizkine Ibarlucea was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 83 played minutes Aragua Central got a freekick which was hit by Jaunti Araujo. If Uhin Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brun Aliprando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
