Sultans Of Swing's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Humberto Ben scored to the left of an out of position Virila Lambaria, making the score, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Jaunti Liviano made a precise shot to the right of Virila Lambaria. Sultans Of Swing's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Virila Lambaria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Ben in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Sultans Of Swing's goal looked a bit too open when Jaunti Liviano came free, but Virila Lambaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Humberto Ben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virila Lambaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jaunti Liviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Ben kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Virila Lambaria. That made the score 3-0 in the 22 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Deportivo Nirgua FC's Jaunti Liviano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virila Lambaria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Sultans Of Swing's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Ben came free, but Virila Lambaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaunti Liviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virila Lambaria having to interfere. Virila Lambaria came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Nirgua FC's Humberto Ben. But to his dismay, Humberto Ben quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 47th minute, Sultans Of Swing's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jaunti Liviano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Humberto Ben was the one to do the kick off. When Xusto Algarte fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Nirgua FC's protests and gave Xusto Algarte a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Nirgua FC's Xusto Algarte got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bernebe Barrientos charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernebe Barrientos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernebe Barrientos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Deportivo Nirgua FC's Humberto Ben got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Senio Raireta hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute Humberto Ben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virila Lambaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rito Viguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Camilo Escudero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 96th minute of the match Senio Raireta completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Senio Raireta a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Senio Raireta hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Nirgua FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
