The Manducha Fc fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Manducha Fc's Walmir Moraes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Manducha Fc's Cristóvão Malheiro got control of the ball when Hermengildo Terme tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Balcells showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Manuel Balcells was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Balcells showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Codosal, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Walmir Moraes struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Manuel Balcells didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manducha Fc. Chuan Marrero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Manuel Balcells made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chuan Marrero got free with Manuel Balcells in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Codosal in the 91st minute of play forced Unión de Palavecino's goalkeeper Manuel Balcells to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unión de Palavecino's Manuel Balcells proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Unión de Palavecino from getting a goal against them. The Unión de Palavecino fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manducha Fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
