Cerilo Iruleta kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Friedrich Nietzsche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Codruț Răducan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Merexildo Esoin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Pawel Dybala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merexildo Esoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Merexildo Esoin made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Pawel Dybala sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pierre Kooij in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Merexildo Esoin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pawel Dybala during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Zulia F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Dybala to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Zulia F.C defense, Alptuğ Onursan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaufred Enriquez. The Zulia F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaufred Enriquez should have stopped the shot. Timeteo Aguirol kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Real Marabino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spike Broich to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Pawel Dybala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zulia F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawel Dybala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Merexildo Esoin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Merexildo Esoin made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Pawel Dybala sent off a good shot on target. When Lapurdi Palomino fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zulia F.C's protests and gave Lapurdi Palomino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Real Marabino booed when Zulia F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lapurdi Palomino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Timeteo Aguirol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pawel Dybala made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Real Marabino got a freekick which was hit by Friedrich Nietzsche. When Alptuğ Onursan fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Marabino's protests and gave Alptuğ Onursan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Pawel Dybala made a precise shot to the right of Merexildo Esoin. Real Marabino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Real Marabino's Merexildo Esoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pawel Dybala in the 64th minute of play. If Pawel Dybala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zulia F.C's Alberino Algorta was substituted for Alesander Guridi. Alptuğ Onursan had several of the Zulia F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-2 score and a disappointed Gaufred Enriquez as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pawel Dybala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Merexildo Esoin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Dybala in the 87th minute of play forced Real Marabino's goalkeeper Merexildo Esoin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Merexildo Esoin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Dybala, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Zulia F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
