After a defensive mix-up in Socavon FC's zone, Ivan Fidalgo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pes Horna came out of the goal and Ivan Fidalgo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the game, Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celio Tijero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Janis Petko hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Ivan Fidalgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pes Horna having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Metanse el Sim por culo's Baristo Moriz got a free kick in the 25th minute. Maciek Cash took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Celio Tijero. Metanse el Sim por culo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Intxixu Sampayo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Ermengol Alberete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Socavon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermengol Alberete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Ermengol Alberete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celio Tijero. Metanse el Sim por culo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermengol Alberete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Metanse el Sim por culo's goal looked a bit too open when Ermengol Alberete came free, but Celio Tijero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes, Ermengol Alberete made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Metanse el Sim por culo's Celio Tijero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Metanse el Sim por culo's Bernardo Granolles got a free kick in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Metanse el Sim por culo defense, Ermengol Alberete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celio Tijero. The Metanse el Sim por culo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celio Tijero should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute Ermengol Alberete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celio Tijero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Socavon FC made a substitution. Wiktor Dobilas replaced Tom Stenman. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermengol Alberete made a kick off. Ermengol Alberete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Ermengol Alberete sped through Metanse el Sim por culo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celio Tijero. After 59 played minutes Ermengol Alberete rounded Metanse el Sim por culo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. In the 63rd minute, Zhu Bin Xi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Metanse el Sim por culo's Celio Tijero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute of the match Socavon FC got a corner. Metanse el Sim por culo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marquez Dolarea ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Metanse el Sim por culo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Socavon FC:s goal. Socavon FC's Anselmo Bakar was substituted for Ermengol Alberete. Celio Tijero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Bakar went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Socavon FC's Thomás Pollack was substituted for Marquez Dolarea. In the 81st minute Anselmo Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celio Tijero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Roger Garavito threw the ball into play from the sideline. Socavon FC's Ksawery Furgal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Bakar in the 85th minute of play forced Metanse el Sim por culo's goalkeeper Celio Tijero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Socavon FC's Zhu Bin Xi suffered a concussion after 86 minutes and had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Metanse el Sim por culo's Roger Garavito got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 93rd minute, Wiktor Dobilas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Metanse el Sim por culo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Socavon FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
