In the 12thth minute of the game Cordairo Aveo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute Deportivo Galicia were awarded a corner. Juan Fernando Pratto went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Unikurdos United F.C. defense, Juan Fernando Pratto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sesuldo Teijelo. The Unikurdos United F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sesuldo Teijelo should have stopped the shot. Sesuldo Teijelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordairo Aveo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Daniel Fribäck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ximenez Caneiro.
