Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ben Albert started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Jospeh Addison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The St.Clair FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when St.Clair FC's Spencer Barajas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Spencer Barajas in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonso Mendez saved Willmar AFC from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Dan Richard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alonso Mendez. The goal made the score 2-0. Willmar AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Luciano Vogel scored to the left of an out of position Alonso Mendez, making the score, 3-0. Alonso Mendez made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Luciano Vogel sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Austin Abraham got free with Alonso Mendez in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Willmar AFC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Richard Cornett hit a great ball. If Dan Richard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Vogel to strike the kick off in the second half. Alonso Mendez came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by St.Clair FC's Luciano Vogel. But to his dismay, Luciano Vogel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 57th minute, Luciano Vogel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The St.Clair FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After having played for 61 minutes, Ben Albert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Willmar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Albert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Richard in the 67th minute of play forced Willmar AFC's goalkeeper Alonso Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th match minute, Willmar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedict Doyle to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Luciano Vogel notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Willmar AFC's Alonso Mendez. Alonso Mendez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ben Albert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonso Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spencer Barajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dan Richard took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonso Mendez. Alonso Mendez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Willmar AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for St.Clair FC. Luciano Vogel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alonso Mendez. 11-0. In the 86th minute, Alexander Cormier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alonso Mendez was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Alonso Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Vogel in the 89th minute of play. Alonso Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Richard in the 90th minute of play. Willmar AFC's Alonso Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Austin Abraham in the 91st minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. St.Clair FC fully deserved thier win.
