Spectators: 7432 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bennett Courtney kicked off to start the match. Thurman Gorman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Reece, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gringous Virgous booed when Blackfoot FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas Matlock didn't get a good kick on the ball. King Carmichael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bennett Courtney in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute Bennett Courtney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but King Carmichael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Gringous Virgous got a freekick which was hit by Will Alexander. After recieving a nice pass, Blackfoot FC's Rolland Hammond tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Miles Padilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without King Carmichael having to interfere. King Carmichael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bennett Courtney, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Scotty Russo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. King Carmichael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennett Courtney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Miles Padilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but King Carmichael was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Blackfoot FC's Hans Buckner got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Miles Padilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bennett Courtney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without King Carmichael having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santos Reece was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Gringous Virgous defense, Miles Padilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of King Carmichael. The Gringous Virgous fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that King Carmichael should have stopped the shot. Bennett Courtney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. King Carmichael made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Miles Padilla sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Santos Reece got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miles Padilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. King Carmichael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bennett Courtney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without King Carmichael having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Scotty Russo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gringous Virgous's supporters rose to their feet, but Scotty Russo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thurman Gorman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bennett Courtney struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. King Carmichael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blackfoot FC. Santos Reece scored 1-2 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thurman Gorman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blackfoot FC played a much better game than Gringous Virgous and deserved their victory. The Gringous Virgous players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
