Jean Louis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Watkins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanh Merrill kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Jean Louis getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ignacio Watkins hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Quinn Keyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Graig Dominguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Thanh Merrill hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Bryon Reyna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quinn Keyes to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Brant Cummins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merrill Britt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos's Merrill Britt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Watkins in the 59th minute of play. Ignacio Watkins struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Merrill Britt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jean Louis. After a rather tough play, Santos's Fernando Berry got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Thanh Merrill cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Merrill Britt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ignacio Watkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merrill Britt having to interfere. Ignacio Watkins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Merrill Britt having to make a save. In the 76th match minute, Jean Louis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanh Merrill to maneuver through the defense. Graig Dominguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quinn Keyes in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Santos's goal looked a bit too open when Brant Cummins came free, but Merrill Britt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merrill Britt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Watkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Merrill Britt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brant Cummins in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Jean Louis's Brant Cummins made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Merrill Britt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Merrill Britt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Watkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ignacio Watkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jean Louis fully deserved thier win.
