LosAngeles United's Moses Stjohn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Mayberry in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, LosAngeles United's goal looked a bit too open when Danny Mayberry came free, but Moses Stjohn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moses Stjohn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jake Young, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Moses Stjohn came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester Anapra's Elliott Thurman. But to his dismay, Elliott Thurman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Danny Mayberry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reginald Shepard took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moses Stjohn. LosAngeles United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thad Neal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arturo Stover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Lawrence Bonds was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LosAngeles United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester Anapra the free kick. In the 28th minute, one of LosAngeles United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LosAngeles United. If Jake Young had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Danny Mayberry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moses Stjohn. LosAngeles United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danny Mayberry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Danny Mayberry might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moses Stjohn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danny Mayberry ran back to his position shaking his head.

Thad Neal hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Jake Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jake Young fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Stjohn having to interfere. Bruce Richard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Stjohn having to interfere. Jake Young's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Moses Stjohn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Geraldo Westbrook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Manchester Anapra fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Manchester Anapra's Jake Young looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jake Young got free with Moses Stjohn in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Geraldo Westbrook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monty Aquino charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Monty Aquino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Manchester Anapra's Monty Aquino got a free kick in the 85th minute. The Manchester Anapra fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Manchester Anapra's Jake Young looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 92ndth minute of the game Jake Young who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LosAngeles United's Moses Stjohn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Monty Aquino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester Anapra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monty Aquino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Monty Aquino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
