Jamal Bergstrom started the match with the kick off. Trent Hutchins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robby Landrum having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Trent Hutchins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wadsworth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trent Hutchins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvador Tillman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robby Landrum having to interfere. Salvador Tillman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Robby Landrum skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 17th minute of the match Port Angeles East FC got a corner. Wadsworth's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulysses Ramirez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulysses Ramirez made a great header on Port Angeles East FC's corner, it was just that Wadsworth's Tad Espinoza managed to reach the ball for a save. When Wadsworth's Trent Hutchins in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Port Angeles East FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Jamal Bergstrom came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Port Angeles East FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamal Bergstrom couldn't finish the play. Tad Espinoza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamal Bergstrom in the 31st minute of the match. Jamal Bergstrom might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tad Espinoza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jamal Bergstrom ran back to his position shaking his head. Jamal Bergstrom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raphael Lund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tad Espinoza having to make a save. Trent Hutchins struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Robby Landrum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wadsworth. Salvador Tillman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Robby Landrum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Tillman might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robby Landrum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Tillman ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trent Hutchins was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Port Angeles East FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jeremiah Galindo hit a great ball. Raphael Lund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Tad Espinoza made a huge save. Esteban Thorne charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Thorne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Port Angeles East FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Esteban Thorne hit a great ball. If Trent Hutchins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Wadsworth's zone, Raphael Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tad Espinoza came out of the goal and Raphael Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Trent Hutchins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robby Landrum was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesse Bravo during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Trent Hutchins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trent Hutchins succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Noel Mohr kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Raphael Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Wadsworth players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
