Lincoln Keller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8thth minute of the game William Carlos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suncoast Estates FC's Christian Lewis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute, Woodrow Melendez made a precise shot to the right of Christian Lewis. Suncoast Estates FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With his leg Lincoln Keller managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Suncoast Estates FC's Alistair Coates fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Christian Lewis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Woodrow Melendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cliff Marion charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Alistair Coates's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lincoln Keller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When Alistair Coates came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Suncoast Estates FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alistair Coates couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes into the match, Suncoast Estates FC's Alistair Coates sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lincoln Keller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rocco Bentley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lincoln Keller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rocco Bentley, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Bill Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alistair Coates received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute.
