Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hayden Steward started the match with the kick off. Jackson Fuller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dana Duncan having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Wakeeney FC's Jackson Fuller dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Dana Duncan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jackson Fuller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hayden Steward received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Genaro Steward tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Flagstaff getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hayden Steward hit a great ball. Deshawn Bravo's late challenge caught a Wakeeney FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deshawn Bravo helped the player get up and apologised. Deshawn Bravo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Wakeeney FC's Jared Calderon suffered a sprained foot after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Lanny Kelly fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flagstaff's protests and gave Lanny Kelly a yellow card for diving instead. Wakeeney FC made a substitution. Alex White replaced Jared Calderon. After a rather tough play, Wakeeney FC's Christopher Eason got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 38 played minutes Flagstaff got a freekick which was hit by Wallace Wooten. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Laurence Skinner with Denver Jewell as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dana Duncan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jackson Fuller in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When Wakeeney FC's Alex White in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flagstaff's goalie prevented a goal. Jackson Fuller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dana Duncan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Alex White sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Flagstaff getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lanny Kelly hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes Flagstaff got a freekick which was hit by Lanny Kelly. In the 66th minute of the match Jackson Fuller shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dana Duncan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Wallace Wooten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flagstaff's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wallace Wooten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Steward didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wallace Wooten went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jackson Fuller in the 82nd minute of play forced Flagstaff's goalkeeper Dana Duncan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes of play, Wakeeney FC's Jackson Fuller made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dana Duncan was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jackson Fuller in the 88th minute of play forced Flagstaff's goalkeeper Dana Duncan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hayden Steward's late challenge caught a Wakeeney FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Luciano Finley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hayden Steward came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Flagstaff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayden Steward couldn't finish the play.
