Reyes Fry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Buckner in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Minnesota Vikings's goalkeeper Reyes Fry had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donald Jaramillo. Taylor Durham kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Reyes Fry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Buckner, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Minnesota Vikings's Reyes Fry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Buckner in the 29th minute of play. Jesse Herman struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Reyes Fry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelsea F.C.. After 32 played minutes Minnesota Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Dario Dwyer. In the 33rd minute, Brant Hobbs sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Minnesota Vikings's Reyes Fry didn't even have to move. Minnesota Vikings's Reyes Fry proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Minnesota Vikings from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Chelsea F.C.'s Donald Jaramillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reyes Fry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raymundo Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marty Barrios in the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Minnesota Vikings getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Melvin Painter hit a great ball. Gerard Buckner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerard Buckner to strike the kick off in the second half. Darin Albert hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Donald Jaramillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelsea F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Jaramillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Minnesota Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darin Albert to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Minnesota Vikings's Marty Barrios got a free kick in the 71st minute. Marty Barrios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymundo Guzman having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimmy Quintero during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chelsea F.C.'s Jimmy Quintero got a free kick in the 75th minute. Donald Jaramillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reyes Fry. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donald Jaramillo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 81 played minutes Minnesota Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Darin Albert. After some careless play in the Chelsea F.C. defense, Stacy Hollandsworth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raymundo Guzman. The Chelsea F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raymundo Guzman should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Minnesota Vikings had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
