In the 4th minute, Eddy Bolton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everett Downs hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the game, Avery Driscoll was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. United G.G's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Queens FC the free kick. Avery Driscoll hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Rob Daly, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vincent Hanley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Daly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marc Felton hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, United G.G's Tyson Clement got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rob Daly in the 11th minute of play forced United G.G's goalkeeper Vincent Hanley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Giovanni Becerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Giovanni Becerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vincent Hanley was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Teodoro Conn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everett Downs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Giovanni Becerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Queens FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovanni Becerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Hanley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Queens FC's Teodoro Conn got control of the ball when Tad Lowry tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Tyron Roper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but United G.G's Vincent Hanley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vincent Hanley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rob Daly in the 28th minute of the match. Randell Horne hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Teodoro Conn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giovanni Becerra in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincent Hanley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Rob Daly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Queens FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rob Daly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Hanley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 minutes of play, Queens FC's Sung Helms made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincent Hanley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Avery Driscoll hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Giovanni Becerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Vincent Hanley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Everett Downs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rob Daly struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Vincent Hanley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Queens FC. Giovanni Becerra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Vincent Hanley when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rob Daly in the 56th minute of play forced United G.G's goalkeeper Vincent Hanley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. United G.G's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rob Daly 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Vincent Hanley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sung Helms in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, United G.G's Eddy Bolton got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Giovanni Becerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sung Helms came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Queens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sung Helms couldn't finish the play. United G.G's Vincent Hanley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rob Daly in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Everett Downs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodoro Conn. Queens FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Everett Downs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marlon Nichols during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Queens FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marlon Nichols to maneuver through the defense. When Rob Daly came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Queens FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rob Daly couldn't finish the play. Queens FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
